You must be 18 or older and have a valid PayPal or bank account to receive commissions. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

You’ll earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link. The commission rate is outlined in your individual affiliate agreement and is subject to change at any time, without prior notice.

Commissions are paid only after the applicable return or refund period ends, to protect against chargebacks or returns.

Payouts are processed monthly. A minimum earnings threshold, as stated in your agreement, must be met before payment is issued.

You may share your affiliate link on social media, blogs, websites, and with your network. However, you may not:

• Run paid ads using the NULU brand name or trademarks.

• Misrepresent yourself as an official NULU employee.

• Use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive tactics.

Use only approved images, logos, and copy from NULU unless you receive written permission. Maintain honest, respectful, and helpful messaging—our audience values trust.

Either you or NULU can terminate this agreement at any time. If you violate these terms, NULU reserves the right to revoke your access and withhold unpaid commissions.

NULU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliate members will be notified of significant changes via email.

8. Commission

Commissions are paid on sales price.

9. Demo Knife Program

9.1 Eligibility

Customers may qualify for reimbursement on a demo knife purchase through our affiliate program by generating qualifying sales.

9.2 Program Structure

Initial Purchase: Use code AFFILIATE2025 to purchase your knife at affiliate pricing - 15% Off

Affiliate Link: Upon purchase, you will receive a personal affiliate link for tracking sales

Reimbursement Tiers:

5 qualifying sales through your link = 50% purchase reimbursement

10 qualifying sales through your link = remaining 50% purchase reimbursement (100% total)

9.3 Qualifying Sales

Sales must be completed purchases through your designated affiliate link

Returns, chargebacks, and canceled orders do not count toward qualifying sales

Sales must be to unique customers (repeat purchases by the same customer count as separate sales)

9.4 Reimbursement Process

Reimbursements are processed within 30 days of reaching each tier

Reimbursements are issued via the original payment method or store credit at Company's discretion

Partial reimbursements at 5 sales are retained if the 10-sale threshold is not met

9.5 Program Terms

No expiration date on achieving sales thresholds

Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this program with 30 days notice

Program limited to one demo knife purchase per customer

Standard return and warranty policies apply to demo knife purchases

When you sign up for the NULU Affiliate Program, we collect personal information such as your name, email, address, and payment details. This information is used solely to manage your participation in the program, including tracking referrals, calculating commissions, and processing payouts.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and accessed only for affiliate management, communication, and compliance with tax or legal obligations.

We use Refersion and other integrated tools to track affiliate activity. These tools may use cookies to attribute clicks and conversions to your account. No sensitive personal data is collected beyond what is required to operate the program.

You may request to update or delete your affiliate information at any time by contacting us and formally requesting.
